These Terms of Use form the agreement between you and SouqSpot when you browse, register, post or trade on the platform.

SouqSpot is a marketplace venue: we connect buyers and sellers, verify documents where a verification badge is shown, and moderate content, but we are not a party to transactions between members. You are responsible for inspecting items, meeting safely and completing payment in person or through traceable methods.

You agree to post accurate listings, hold the rights to what you sell, follow the Prohibited Items policy and UAE law, and never move payments off-platform through untraceable channels. Violations can lead to content removal, credit forfeiture and account suspension.

Paid features (packages, featuring, bumps and credits) are digital services delivered immediately; the Refunds and Credits policy explains the limited cases where refunds apply. We may update these terms and will show the effective date above; continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
