How do I post an ad?

Tap Post Your Ad, add photos and a sentence about the item, and AI drafts the rest — title, price suggestion, category and Arabic translation. Review, adjust, publish. Most ads go live within minutes after a quick review.

Why should I get verified?

Verified badges appear on your profile and every listing, unlock the Verified-only search filter and dealer/agency ribbons, and typically multiply buyer contacts. Start under Seller → Verification.

Where should I meet a buyer or seller?

Busy public places during daylight. Several police stations offer safe-exchange zones. Inspect before paying and keep chat on SouqSpot so our systems can help if anything goes wrong.

How do I report a scam?

Use the Report button on the listing, profile or chat. Choose 'safety' for anything urgent — those cases carry a 24-hour response target and go straight to senior moderators.

What do packages include?

More active listings, featured slots, bump credits, team seats for businesses and a visibility boost in search. Buy on the website under Seller → Billing; the apps display your active package.

How do I delete my account?

Account → Settings → Delete account, or visit souqspot.com/delete-account. Listings and chats are removed immediately and personal data is erased within 30 days.

How do business teams work?

Register your business under the Business portal, upload the trade license, then invite teammates with roles like Agent or Lead Handler. All leads on business listings land in one shared inbox.

Is SouqSpot available in Arabic?

Fully. Tap the language toggle in the header — layouts flip right-to-left and search understands Arabic queries like «تويوتا أقل من ٥٠ ألف».
