These terms govern your use of SouqSpot. By creating an account or posting a listing you agree to trade honestly, describe items accurately and complete transactions in person wherever possible.

SouqSpot is a venue that connects buyers and sellers; we verify documents where the verified badge is shown but we are not a party to any transaction. Listings that break UAE law, infringe rights or attempt to move payment off-platform through wire transfer or crypto deposits are removed and may lead to account suspension.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
